    Hi Helen!

It’s so interesting to hear the editing part of getting a book published, from the way you have to help do the layout to when it’s finally printed! You talked about picking a copy editor but how did you go about picking a beta reader?

Thanks for stopping by, Jen! I’m glad you found the editing process interesting. It’s a massive part of any book operation 🙂 As for choosing beta readers… I’m lucky that through my work with Writer’s Edit (www.writersedit.com) and my writing and publishing degrees, I knew people in the industry who I trusted with my manuscript, who were also readers of the genre. From there I asked them to be part of my team and the rest is history!
